Privacy notice

MykaPlug uses premises enquiry details to respond to service requests, and application details and uploaded documents to assess recruitment applications and contact applicants.

What we collect

We collect the contact details and information you enter in these forms. For job applications, this includes your signed application form and academic documents. Please submit only relevant documents; do not include mobile-money PINs, passwords or bank details.

Who can access it

Submissions and documents are stored privately and are available through the authorised owner dashboard. Our hosting and backup services process this information to operate the website. Documents are not published on the public website.

Questions and deletion requests

Use the contact information in the footer, or submit a premises enquiry marked “Privacy request”, to ask about or request deletion of your information. Copies may remain in backups until those backups expire.
